LAKSHMINARASIMHA LEKHANA JAPA YAJNYA

Japa Yajna at sreemath hariharapura “Harer nama harer nama harer namaiva kevalam, kalau nasti eva nasti eva nasti eva gatir anyatha:”

Lord SriKrishna says in the BhagavadGita, "Yajnanam Japa-Yajnosmi" – “Among the Yajnas, I am Japa Yajna". Naama Japa purifies one’s mind and bestows Atma Jnyaana. There are different types of Naama Japa – Vaasika Japa, Upaamsu Japa, Maanasa Japa, Akhanda Japa, Lekhana Japa and Ajapa Japa. Among these, Lekhana Japa is an easy and effective method of Naama Japa, in which Japa is done by merely writing Bhagavan Naama.

MahaSwamiji has made a Divya Sankalpa to consecrate the deity of Bhakta Anjaneya Swamy (14 feet high) at Hariharapura over 14 Crores of Sri LakshmiNarasimha Naama. For this purpose, Sreemath has released Narasimha Lekhana Nama Japa notebooks, each notebook comprising of 1000 lines of Naama to be filled by the devotee. Devotees can write the given Naama in any language, and after completion, the books should be returned to Sreemath.

During the consecration of the 14 feet high Bhakta Anjaneya Swamy shrine at Hariharapura, the completed Nama Japa notebooks returned by devotees, will be installed beneath the deity of Bhaktha Anjaneya Swamy. The Japa books will stay in the shrine of Bhakta Anjaneya Swamy forever. It is a belief that Lord Bhakta Anjaneya with Anjali Hastham would forever be praying to Lord LakshmiNarasimha Swamy on the behalf of devotees.
